Recreational and medical marijuana are available at licensed medical dispensaries across Oregon.

Oregon expedited recreational marijuana sales by almost a year with the passing of Senate Bill 460. This bill allows existing medical marijuana dispensaries to sell limited amounts of recreational marijuana to those who are 21 years old and older with a valid ID. As of June 2nd, 2016, medical marijuana dispensaries are also allowed to sell marijuana-infused edibles, extracts and non-psychoactive topicals to the general public. Note that this early implementation of recreational sales limits purchase amounts for individuals until stand-alone retail stores open later this year -- up to ¼ ounce of flower, one edible unit containing no more than 15mg of THC, and up to 4 clones and seeds.
