Really like the look of this one, its mix of density and trich coverage in a strong sativa is very nice. It had a nice stickyness that stayed on my fingers despite barely handling it. We did find a small immature seed.
This strain has an interesting Trainwreck x Durban Poison smell to it (some characterized as fairly incredible lemon-lime haze smell) that blew up like crazy the second we cracked a cluster open or even squeezed it.
Similar to smell, undeniable Haze lineage with the citrus acrid tones. Not super strong-tasting, but it actually tasted nice most of the way through the bowl, with a faint sweetness creeping in as it burned down. Made me cough several times through the Incredibowl (unusual), it’s not very harsh on the throat, though the expansion will catch up with you.
Initially very heady to be sure, can feel it in my cheeks and around the top and back of my head, just a kind of coursing, pulsing experience. Similar effects taking place in hands and it creates a spacey feeling. The potency is very high during this initial 30 minute phase, but it slows down to a very clear and liberating sativa high. For the next couple hours you will experience motivation, creativity, and mild euphoric states. The Snow Cap doesn’t create a speedy experience, but rather lends itself to a relaxing sativa ride similar to real good Maui or Lamb’s Breath strains.
We were very happy with this strain. The smell lingered on fingers for several hours as did the high. Its potent attack withered off into a very nice and even calming sativa focused in the face/eyes/head. You can easily get into this strain on a weekend morning and be productive, cook, write, etc. We were totally functional and positive at work, great daytime strain if you’re not looking for serious pain relief.
