Moonshine Haze - Terrapin Care Station - Rec

Moonshine Haze is a Rare Dankness strain that is sold in seed form.  The Terrapin bud tender was unable to confirm whether this was from seed or was the famous clone only, only able to tell us that their gardener brought this cut with him when he joined the company.  It would appear to be a lesser phenotype from seed pack, or the grow on this particular batch was just not done well.

Smaller buds than we've come to expect on a nice haze strain.  Lower level of trichome coverage overall with a fair amount of trich stalks missing their resinous heads altogether.

Sweetness from the haze, but missing the charactersitic moonshine punch which so often makes the nose tingle.

This was the most like our expectations for this strain, but it didn't carry through more than 2 hits on either of the glass pieces we used.  Peppery sweetness with a mild sinus tingle.

True to the strain, the cerebral effects came on quickly but never hit with the full punch we've come to expect from well grown hazes, let alone the Moonshine Haze.  Light occular pressure and moderate energy accompanied the mental effects to round out the Haze package.

While Terrapin made good on having a ton of options for flower, edibles, and any other extras a person could possibly want, the quality of the flower purchased was substandard and needs upgrading in multiple areas to be considered a KindShop.  The smell was very low, the burn wasn't clean, and the bud itself hadn't been taken care of very well.
