If I could give 0 I would. The pipe store side has great prices and products, but the customer service on the pot side is so bad that ruins the whole shop. My mom and I went there and bought a vape cartirage, watermelon flavor, it was 54 bucks. That's a lot for one. But we were told by the women that worked there how wonderful it wasand it was almost too much flavor. The first hit r two taste a little like watermelon and then it stopped working and just burned your throat and had a burnt taste. We were told by the women working there we could return it with in 7 days if it didn't work. So the next day we brought out back. The two ladies weren't working and instead it was the owner and a guy. They refused to help us, acted like we were stupid and wouldn't back there product. They tried it out and smoked a few hits each off my mom's pen and admited it was bad. But They would not exchange it because it wasnt leaking. They were very rise and talked to me like I was dumb. He tried to tell me it taste bad because the co2 because it was clear. Lol clear is cleaner.
