Arizona legalized adult-use (recreational) cannabis on Nov. 3, 2020 with the passing of Proposition 207, the Smart and Safe Arizona Act. While dispensaries are not yet open, the state has planned to be one of the quickest to go from legalization to stores being open, and expects to see sales begin in the coming months. Medical dispensaries are open and operating.
