Cannabis dispensaries are not yet open in Alabama. Applications are expected to begin being issued in the fall of 2022, with the first sales coming later. Once stores are open, registered patients will be able to purchase up to 60 daily doses at a time. Patients under 19 will need a parent, guardian, or caregiver to pick up their prescription.
