Green Gratitude was the most expensive in ALL 6 strains we inquired about.
Many strains were 124.oo per oz on average, but Green Gratitude wanted over 240.oo!!
Don't let these jerks steal your hard earned money!!!!!

Delivery customer! Always super helpful on recommending replacement items if they happen to be out of something. They always call and let you know what the deal is with the delivery. Cash only people! Let's get it together! Super speedy delivery! ??????

just bought a gram that was visibly not a gram. weighed it out and its .75g, an inexcusable difference in weight.

Great selection and friendly staff. These folks try to accommodate and provide guidance. Cartridges are really reasonable too.

Terrible customer service, have given me the wrong product numerous occasions, pocketed tips and then smiled (I shouldn't have to tell them to give me change every time and it makes me not want to tip at all) , and the final thing (I am a patient person and always try to let them make it right, I've gone through them for a few years) was 4 hours after I placed my delivery one night, they placed "Order completed" through by text at 8:35 pm.
I had not received my order but had called them at 6:30 (ordered at 4:44) they said it was on the way. I had received one call that day, (I'm in the midst of moving, which they know about and have asked about every delivery as well. They have texted and left me voicemails in the past, but all day I received the one call, and not from the store even.
I called them IMMEDIATELY after I got the text and they said "I should not EXPECT them to leave again" ( I had not mentioned that at all) and they said "It was a miscommunication. I live in a small apartment and stay near the door with deliveries, and have NEVER had an issue before this with contact from delivery persons not being able to reach me.
Another employee who was not the delivery driver , and was also not working that night , told me via phone that "the delivery person knocked" which they did not, and the assistant manager would not listen to me without interrupting. I explained I placed my order , it was not some accident , and only expected that it be treated by a business with the same deliberation.
If they could not reach me, the store could have called. They didn't . They have texted before. They didn't . They also placed: Order Completed,. which it was not. Lastly, they refused to put me in contact with their manager so I could tell her what happened and I was offered "some points next time" . Also I was hung up on after requesting the manager's business contact information.
I was treated with the rudest of customer "service" and I have never taken the time out of my day to write such a long and exhausting novel, but I hope someone reads it. This was not ok.
