I would normally give this place a 5 star as I've been going there for about 5 years now. Thought they were great always seemed to remember my face. But I went in there last night after work with a broken buddy's. The bottom popped out and they wouldn't do anything for me because I didn't have my receipt. I kinda get it. But I wasn't asking for a refund I wanted an exchange for my barely smoked full gram of vape. But why is it you literally recognize me in order to give me my neighborhood discount because as I said been going for about 5 years. But you don't recognize me enough to give me a exchange. And I'm talking about this is the first time I've ever had to go in with a problem and they were totally unwilling to help me out. So there goes $50 bucks down the drain and a loyal customer because once done dirty and I consider not going above and beyond for someone who comes in around every 2 weeks and throws down $100 bucks every visit including tip to be extremely dirty. So I'll be finding another place to spend my money.

Been shopping there for years. They're my favorite! Great selections, prices, and bud tenders - they're just cool people who want to help you get the cannabis you want without attitude.
Note- if you're looking for cartridges which I do often, it's better to call and make sure that they have something specific because Leafly is not updated for those.
