When I entered, there were two employees that I made eye contact with. One was helping a gentleman and the second employee disappeared into the back room and was not see again. I took my time looking at the items, marijuana and non marijuana related items, and ended up in the section of what I wanted to buy. I waited and waited and waited and waited. Not a word was spoken to me. Not a ‘I’ll be with you after I finish with this gentleman’ or ‘let me get someone to help you.’ Nothing! And I was about to spend serious money. So feeling very ignored and not valued as a customer so I left AND I’ve told everyone about the EXCELLENT customer service I received, and overheard to other customers, at S & S Emporium on Central Ave.
