First and foremost, this is a review directly about Jaime the "manager" on Tuesday I went to purchase a oil pen. JAMIE helped me I asked her if she had received any complaints regarding the oil pen, she told me no,she proceeded to ask me if I did, I told her yes that in some cartridges i had purchased from there that the oil leaked into into the smoke outlet . I just asked to see if there was a better pen or maybe is something common. She then proceeded to lecture how i am doing something wrong and that if I follow her tips it would her better and told me that if something bad happened with this one to come back because she wanted to see it and"to trouble shoot it or change it. I had problems with the pen. Today went in a talked to her. From the very get go she got defensive, she change the slip on the pen so she would have an excuse to not fix the issue. I called the store later on, told her that the only other slip that I had at home was not the one either so I knew then that she had change the slip. She then started talking over me telling well I cannot not do anything, I keep trying to talk and she just kept talking over me she then said I am done and hung up. I called the store and requested to talk to the owner, left vm. She then calls me back and the first thing she says, "I want to know if you can have a conversation as an adult". I don't understand how she is a manager with such bad customer service, specially with a loyal customer. I will call and talk to the owner. Or hope he sees this so he can know how bad the customer service is and hopefully address the issue.
