This is one of my favorite dispensaries to visit. Everyone that works there always makes you feel like you are the only one there. They take care of your needs and make sure you are happy leaving. I’ll be back Friday and then again Sunday
So I went to this location on 9/16 because my best friend had recommended this location based on her own experiences. We walked in and she was turned away because her license was now expired. (Completely understandable). I was called in to fill out some paperwork and as I am doing so I am getting dirty looks from the guy at the counter. His name is Marcus. I finished my paperwork and attempted to ask him some questions regarding the 1st time patient process and he would not answer any of my questions. He kept telling me to fill out the papers and bring them to him. I walked up to him with my completed papers and asked him about the referral discount for my friend who I came with. He had not entered anything into the computer yet for me and stated that she would not get anything because she could not sign in that day. I advised him that I would prefer to wait and come back when she was all set to go in, so that she could get the referral discount that was deserved to her. He stated that he already started entering my file and that's when he typed a few words and then stated I would also lose any new patient bonus if I did not buy that day. I was pretty put off by this. I do go to several other dispensaries, much more convenient for me to go to and have always been treated so nicely and professionally. I told him that I would appreciate it if he would shred my paperwork and this was already a bad experience and would not be doing business there. He told me he would not do that and he didn't care if I came back. His exact words were "Have a nice fricking life". I was disgusted with this service. I also noticed him arguing with security from the window. I left and went to my favorite dispensary in another town and was serviced right away and with a smile from all.
My question is how can you let someone as vile as this represent your company. I have been in medical management for years and I would never be OK with my reception or any of my staff treating ANY client this poorly. It took me a couple of weeks to write this because I wanted to make sure it was the right thing to do. I have heard a lot about your establishment for quite some time, and I am so disgusted with my experience with this person. You have lost a patient and new customer and probably the person I came with as I have already shown her how much nicer some of the other places are. Shame on you.
This is the best dispensary in Boston. The care they give there customers is absolutely nothing but excellence. Steve always knows what I need to experience the best of what they have to offer. There menu is always full and have the best medical marijuana in the state. Best part is they always greet me by name. I recommend coming here over anywhere else.
I always love going to this dispensary. The staff is so helpful and friendly, as well as highly capable in assisting you with finding the proper cannabis strains that would work best for you. As for the strains they have, they are nearly always very high quality and potency, and have a wide variety of various other methods for ingesting cannabis (edibles, salves, concentrates, etc.)
Amazing dispensary with new strains and ones that rotate so you always get something new or something you like. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that are very professional. Nice facility and deals that will keep you coming back. Strongly recommend.
