We are Massachusetts' only cannabis company founded and led by a woman physician, our Founder, President and CEO, Karen Munkacy, M.D. We grow cannabis flower indoors to organic standards in super-soil, then formulate, process, test and package our products in our state-of-the-art cultivation facility in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Garden Remedies has adult use sales in Newton and in Marlborough, to help more people live their best life through safe, responsible and healthy cannabis consumption.

Prices higher than all dispensaries in the somewhat general area. $72 dollars for a gram of shatter is pushing it. Sira is 12 dollars less than that and I guarantee it is the same quality. Not a penny pincher but when you know they have the same quality stuff as other dispensaries and are selling it for more hard to not want to go to another establishment. Staff is moderately friendly, have had a few rude run ins.
Let me start by saying, I am a medical patient. This place is less than 5 minutes from my house. Their prices are higher than other locations in the area but I was okay paying a premium for the convenience. I've chosen to stop doing business with Garden Remedies after a year of doing business with them. I much prefer driving 20+ minutes to another location to purchase medicinal products where the staff is friendly, professional, and treats their patrons with respect.
I really want to like this place. I've visited at least a couple dozen times over the last year; some visits were more pleasurable than most. They usually have what I want in stock, the staff is generally friendly, but the last few times I've been there I was berated by the security staff and the unfriendly folks who work the front desk. Over time this particular location has declined sharply in customer service and professionalism; particularly after they were approved for recreational sales.
It has been increasingly more difficult to do business with Garden Remedies. I've tried to call for general inquiries, to schedule an appointment, and to speak with a manager; their call center has been having "technical difficulties" for the last three months. They provide no alternative option to contact them. It's damn near impossible to get a hold of anyone unless you're already in the dispensary to buy something.
Save yourself the trip.
100% courteous, helpful and friendly! They young lady inside the door MORE than help full. helped me with my order. Also lady so nice when I got at the window, Darren was right on top of things. Thanks of course I will be back.
Ordered online it’s taken them hours to put an 8th into a bag .. never got any confirmation.. was literally right down the street.... submitted an order to Marlboro .. confirmed and ready in 2 minutes ... drove all the way there and home with product before newton even confirmed my order!!? worth taking the extra trip to Marlboro .. Get a better staff in newton ASAP! Don’t offer online pick up orders if you can’t get the job done.
This once was an establishment with a professional informative staff. They were helpful, kind and considerate. Especially to Medical Patients. These people are not only Rude to the Patrons Whom pay them. The front desk should have more empathy for Medical Patients instead of Scolding them like Children.
