I recently purchased some medicinal product and the quality was extremely supbar; I can firmly say I’m surprised it even passed inspection / quality. I’ve reached out to corporate and my local dispensary and they’ve done nothing to reprimand and alleviate the situation. I will be stopping in my dispensary and calling corporate again in hopes of receiving a credit for bad product, if they’re unable to reprimand the situation I will not be recommending nor purchasing medicinal products from any of their branches again.

This tiny hole in the wall pot shop is run by the most patient and courteous folks I’ve ever met in the industry. That on top of the fact that their product offerings are diverse and effective AND their prices are some of the best in Tampa. Bomb flower that is usually in stock.

Drove from Land O Lakes to try out this store and when arrived was informed by the person behind the desk that the systems are down and he has no idea when they will be up and this happens very frequently. Told us we could come back or call but we live 40min away. He is giving timeline of like 90 min wait or you can just leave and come back. He also has no idea how to troubleshoot the issue by calling main office or support line. All he knows is that he can’t help anyone. Really disappointing the customer service as it’s one thing the systems are down but the way this store is handling it is very poor customer service with little to no idea what to do. Maybe better training or support from Liberty is required for this staff to be successful. Liberty Health needs to get this sorted out or they won’t be selling much at this store. I have seen them turn away at least 10 People. New update, Went back after an hour and half to get my product and when I got there Chris informed me he sold all the products that i secured to other people instead of holding it for me. I can’t even explain how bad this experience was. I actually have 100K in stock in this company which I’m selling first thing tomorrow as I can’t believe this service. The main person that was an issue unprofessional and down right rude was Chris and he was awful to deal with no customer service capability what so ever

Been coming here ever since I became a cannabis patient. By far the friendliest most interactive one I've tried out of 4. They treat you nicely, have patience, and answer any questions you throw at them. The space they operate out of is a little small, so lines may look like going out of the room and to the main doorway but don't let that turn you off. They work quick and efficiently I never had to wait more than 20 minutes even on a busy day! Bonus, they have discount deals from time to time and you accumulate points for discounts. They're amazing.

This is my new favorite dispensary. They have by far the best prices on flower. It would be nice if they had indica more often, but this still now the only place I go for flower. Their prices on the other products are probably pretty comparable to the other places, but the Mary's Medicinals products do look really good. And the staff is always very friendly and helpful and there is usually no wait for service.
