The delivery service is a game changer. The driver, Cody, was very friendly and helpful. No charge for delivery and they have a no-tip policy. (Which I personally think they deserve and should be able to accept, but I digress....) I may never have to go to the dispensary again. I placed an order after hours on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Turn around time will undoubtedly decrease, but this was fast enough for me. So incredibly convenient.

I haven’t been able to drive so I’ve been getting home delivery. Except for a screw up the first time I ordered but the last 2 deliveries have gone on without a problem. Everyone I speak with is super nice and all seem very knowledgeable.

I love Curaleaf!! First of all when you call the phone number posted on each stores website you speak directly to an employee at the store. No call center or chatting/typing online with a call center like the other dispensaries do.. They have 20% discount for anyone on government assistance & have a point reward system where you can use your points any time instead of waiting until you reach 500 points. They have FREE delivery also!! The recipe cards they have are amazing.. All employees treat you with respect, welcome you & provide great customer service. Today I dealt with Alex & Kyle both were extremely helpful & made my trip from Spring Hill so worth it...

I came in as a patient for the first time today. David took care of me. He was very friendly and great customer service. Everyone in there were pleasant. Great experience.

My online orders keep being returned to inventory. 3 employees have given me different rules regarding when orders must be picked up, the last told me everything goes back on the shelf at close no matter when the order was placed. Every other dispensary gives you 24 hours, but whatever their rule is it should be consistent.
