My first visit to Surterra was a great experience. Everyone there was very friendly and even offered me and my friends water while we were waiting! Keven talked to me and he was extremely helpful and informative. This is the first dispensary I went to. It is a really nice set up and the flyers and brochures they have are really helpful to explain it if you have never been before and don’t know what you’re doing. The staff was also helpful and took a lot of time answering my questions. I came home with just the right combination of product to try and I feel like it’s high-quality, safe product. This is a wonderful, clean place to get your cannabis products. I very much like the convenience of the tincture but I do find the dosage a bit low for pain relief. That's just my experience, I weigh 245 so you may have a different experience. What's great about it are the people. Panda helped me & he was excellent, knowledgable and so kind. He took the time to help me find a t-shirt in my size & I love it so much! The cartridges are good & the prerolls are nice although I wish that they were 1 gram instead of 0.5 grams but the price is right. First timers get a nice discount. Ask for Panda, he'll see you're treated well at the Orange Park storefront. I give him ten stars! Thank you, Panda, you're GREAT!
