Also known as the "Gateway to the San Luis Valley", tiny Fort Garland has a limited number of recreational marijuana stores. If you are headed to the Great Sand Dunes, you'll most likely pass through this town located off of U.S. Route 160. Remember the Great Sand Dunes is a federal park, so Colorado marijuana laws do not apply there.
