COVID-19 Precautions
To ensure the safety of our staff and patients, we will continue to limit the lobby to no more than 10 patients at a time. The Prime Leaf is no longer requiring masks for patrons who are fully vaccinated. We would like to remind all patients to please maintain a 6 ft distance between themselves and others.
