This Elevated class will consist of an hour long traditional Vinyasa flow. So be ready to sweat and start your day off energized. Beginners are welcome, we just encourage you to come ready to work out. Vinyasa flow consist if matching breath to dynamic movement with a faster pace of up and down off the mat.

There will be a option to arrive before class begins to partake in your cannabis rituals before class and then a second option in a community ganja circle after class.

Just some simple reminders:
*Walk-ins are always welcome and is a first come, first serve bases dependent on on-line registration.
*We DO accept cash and card (ATM on site)
*There is a bathroom for changing if needed, but please keep accessories to a minimum.
*Feel free to bring your personal props & Water bottle
*Please bring your own mat,
