Cannabis & Spirituality Mini Retreat

Join Jo Castles on Saturday April 16th from 1-8pm at RAW Factory for a one day in-person mini retreat. We will begin the day with cannabis education, discussing how cannabis can be mindfully incorporated into your spiritual practices. Then we will find some gentle movement with a slow accessible 60 minute yang/yin (heavy on the yin) style practice.

This retreat will be taking place on the Full Pink Moon, which is a good time to welcome change and growth while releasing things that aren't serving you. Tarot readings and journalling exercises will be offered to work with these themes and harness the energy of the full moon.

In the evening we will come together to enjoy a nourishing plant based, gluten free meal. There will be an opportunity to share what has come up during our experience together, and any dreams or desires we have moving forward with this full moon.

Finally we will watch the sunset together and welcome the Full Pink Moon in all it's glory!
