As an older independent woman, Nancy Southern, BFA, MSW, chose to follow as natural a path as possible for her health care. When her health became more challenging in her 60’s, she was looking for help with chronic symptoms.

In 2017, she discovered cannabis and the profound difference it made in helping her regain a sense of well-being in body, mind and spirit. She knew she had to teach this to others.

This show is about education combined with experimentation.
