I have purchased from here a few times. My first delivery experience was great. I was amazed they arrived within the hour, the flower wasn’t disappointing, and the price was fair. For my first order, they sent me three emails with price adjustments. The first email had the price you get when you finish ordering online (without the 15% discount). In the second email, they adjusted the price with the 15% discount. In the final email, they adjusted the city taxes to 5% which is what medical patients pay (Recreational customers pay 10%). When I placed my second delivery order I didn’t receive the third email. My order was about to arrive, so I called to ask if maybe the process was different for the second order or if the email was delayed due to them being busy. The first person who answered lacked professionalism, and after being on hold for a few minutes, the next person who answered sounded like he didn’t even want to take the call. After explaining in detail what the reason for my call was, the person I was speaking to kept saying we don’t pay the excise tax due to the 15% discount, I kept telling him I understood that, but my question was if they had adjusted the LA City taxes. He never understood, he just treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. He finally said they have been busy and that the driver will have the final price. Since this is all going on while I’m walking out to the driver, I decided to just hang up. All the driver had to say was that the system does everything, so I just decided to pay. I never got an explanation. Don’t expect much from the storefront either - they employ the least enthusiastic budtenders.
