Horrible place. I have never left a review for anywhere, but the way I was treated even prior to entering the store was completely unacceptable. The employees are incredibly pretentious as well as uneducated, uninformed, and uncaring of their products and customers. My partner came into this store once to purchase a chocolate bar they have occasionally, and while they were perfectly content to be told, “I’m sorry, we’re out of stock. Unfortunately, since this product is in high demand, we cannot update our website fast enough to keep up with our sales. Please call us next time to check if we have any and to reserve some,” as anyone trained in basic customer service would say, the employee said, “Ha, no. We’re out and we won’t update our site. Sorry about it.” Knowing this, I decided to try out their service; which was my first and last mistake with this store. I called on the phone to ask if they had a product in-stock, and the employee confirmed, but when I asked how much they had, he said “I don’t talk about numbers on the phone. If you want it, go on the site and order.” I checked the website to see if they had the product, and it wasn’t even available as an option. I called again to ask about this, or see if it was a mistake, and the same employee answered and said, “If it’s not on the site, we don’t have it.” I replied, “I just spoke with someone on the phone earlier who said that you do.” To which he said, “Yeah that was me. We don’t have it,” and because that poor, poor man lost all memories of events that happened in the 3 minutes between each call, he denied having told me it was in stock and again said, “Yeah, I don’t want to talk about this over the phone.”
Regardless, I was treated disrespectfully before I even entered this store. If this was the last dispensary on earth, I would rather lick the cheapest, lowest-quality shake off the ground at Powell Bart station than decide to use any product from them. In the words of their excellent customer service representative: sorry ‘bout it.
