The Pot Guide and Mota Pot teams are back again with another cannabis-infused recipe from BLD (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). This time, we have a recipe for a delicious, on-the-go smoothie. The word Breakfast literally means to break the fast. As your body pauses the intake of food, the metabolisms switch over to a “reserve” system of providing energy which quickly changes back after food has been ingested – typically in the morning. This is why breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day.

This smoothie recipe that was included for breakfast is a favorite among the health conscience. It was designed to be a fully nutritious meal in a glass that still tastes good. Chalked full of vitamins and minerals this meal option is great before the morning walk with the dogs, or even after a rigorous workout.

  • Measuring cups and spoons

  • Blender

  • Knife

  • Cutting board


Cannabis Smoothie Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Raspberries

  • ¼ Cup Blueberries

  • ½ Cup Almond milk

  • 1 Banana

  • 4 cubes Ice

  • 1 inch piece Cucumber

  • 1 Cup Spinach

  • 1 Tbs Lemon juice

  • 1 Tbs Infused olive oil


  1. Wash the raspberries and blueberries, add them to the blender.

  2. Peel the banana and add it to the blender.

  3. Wash the cucumber, cut it in half, and add it to the blender.

  4. Add the spinach, lemon juice, almond milk, infused olive oil, and ice to the blender. Blend on high until well combined.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away.
