Fire & Flower and Hifyre Acquire PotGuide

By now we’re sure you’ve seen the news, PotGuide is in for a few changes! But don’t worry – we are still fully committed to providing consumers with accurate, reliable, and informative cannabis content. We are pleased to announce that PotGuide has joined with Fire & Flower Holdings Corp. and Hifyre Inc. in an acquisition aimed at creating industry-leading resources for the cannabis industry. We look forward to bringing our traffic, technology, and top-quality content into the Fire & Flower and Hifyre framework.

Being deeply rooted in the creation of organic, original content that is useful for consumers, PotGuide shares in Fire & Flower and Hifyre’s education-focused approach. Together, we will expand upon our efforts toward helping consumers of all experience levels find the perfect retail experience. In integrating with these industry leaders we will be creating new dynamic services for multiple aspects of the growing cannabis landscape, enabling new revenue streams for cannabis businesses, and providing ever-better service and experiences for retail customers.

PotGuide will work synergistically with Fire & Flower’s growing retail operation of more than 90 dispensaries and Hifyre’s cutting-edge technology to help facilitate convenient and enjoyable cannabis retailing, matching each consumer with their perfect products. We’ll also be working together to forge an entirely new virtual dispensary experience that will make legal cannabis more accessible to a wide audience of interested canna-enthusiasts. In merging with the Spark Perks ecosystem, Fire & Flower’s flagship membership program, we can help both consumers and businesses go beyond traditional retail experiences, and foster new ongoing positive customer relationships.

We know that we are in good company among the Fire & Flower, Friendly Stranger, HotBox, Happy Dayz brands and Open Fields Distribution, and we’re delighted to learn that our own announcement comes on the heels of Hifyre’s acquisition of assets in Wikileaf Technologies Inc.
