I’ve ordered online three times and twice my order wasn’t ready when I got there. Today, I had ten minutes to get to an appointment, so I stopped at the dispensary first, since it was on the way. I had ordered everything the night before, but it wasn’t ready and I had to wait (got to my appointment late). I was in a hurry and walked out behind a lady. The security guard said, “Have a good day...or not.” Really? I own a lot of stock in Harvest Health & Recreation, and I expect employees to be friendly to customers. Also, if you’re not going to have orders ready on time, then remove that option from your website.
Loved this place all this time. Not planning on returning often now that Happy Hour is just suddenly taken from us.
Bad move, HOC. Literally took away the thing that set you apart and helped people get their medicine for a good price.

I attempted to purchase a special deal which was a 1 day sale. I came all the way home and found out I was charged full price twice. Staff was very nice but I definitely would not have made these purchases if I had known I wasnt going to get the special deal.
