Summary

Sea Change Cannabis was the first legal recreational store to open on the Olympic Peninsula in July 2014 (and 5th in the entire state!) Our mission since day 1 has been to enjoy our liberty as residents of Washington State by offering high quality cannabis at fair prices. We are proud to be part of the first phase of legalization. In July 2016 we gained the state’s special endorsement to serve medical customers, process authorizations and dispense medical ID cards.

Operating since mid 2014, we have had the luxury of exploring many hundreds of products, producers and processors, building relationships with companies and curating a unique list of offerings based on quality and value that can’t be duplicated. We strive to maintain a large and noteworthy selection in our tiny space and hear regularly that we offer more items than stores several times our square footage. This is why we are “The Biggest Little Weed Cabin in Washington”!

Our staff is widely regarded as being very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As a group we are passionate about freedom, personal exploration and continuing education as the cannabis field grows. Many of us are state certified Medical Marijuana Consultants and are able to speak about potential benefits and effects.

The store has a sort of farmers market feel about it and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Just like the folks at the market we love to share information about each product, such as our personal experience with a particular item or where and how it was grown or produced.

Your support of Sea Change does not stop in the cabin. We have been able to make significant charitable contributions and become an economic driver for the Discovery Bay area, assisting in the success of other entities at the Local 101 center. At peak summer time activity our Local 101 complex employs nearly 30 people!

  • Discovery Bay Village Store, a well appointed grocery with a little bit of everything, lots of local and organic items of all kinds, grab and go food, coffee, beer and wine
  • Disco Bay Detour, a taproom more like a recording studio with a bar in it with its painstakingly designed soundscape, attracting musicians from all over for performance and recording
  • HiYu Audio, a non-profit dedicated to providing high quality sound equipment, recording services, training & sound optimization to the Northwest
