Blue Zkittles Premium Delta-10 THC Disposable - Delta Extrax

It’s always exciting to get to try something brand new. This is the first delta-10 THC product the PotGuide Review Team has been introduced to, and likely among the first delta-10 THC products on the market. We were all curious to see how it compared not only to “traditional” delta-9 THC, but also the other new kid on the block, delta-8 THC. With reports of smooth and clear-headed highs, the team’s interest was at an all time high, so we took the Delta Extrax Blue Zkittlez Premium disposable vape pen for a spin to see how it delivered. Read on for a look at what this new cannabinoid is like.

Depending on your familiarity with different vape pens on the market, you may feel right at home with Delta Extrax’s line of disposables. The unit we tried was a disposable Juul-style stick. It’s simple and non-descript, with a comfortable tapered tip. While there is nothing flashy or particularly notable, it’s also not flashy or particularly notable, meaning that sure, you might not be clamoring to show it off, you also won’t be drawing a lot of attention.

Many on the review team appreciated that they could pull it out for a quick puff without attracting onlookers the way that some elaborate vapes can. We’ve made this note a few times in reviews, and it still holds up: as cannabis becomes more mainstream, it’s nice to have something that feels more normal to match.

Like it’s flavor (more on that below), the Blue Zkittlez smells like, well, blue Skittles. It’s sweet and alluring – sort of like walking into a giant candy store. That wave of sugared air that hits you, that’s what this vape smells like. If the sweeter side of life is your thing, this vape will be spot-on. There was little to no cannabis scent, so while by no means “discreet,” it’s fairly innocuous and dissipates quickly.

This actually tastes like smoking a blue-flavored candy. That is up to you to decide if that’s appealing or not. This would be ideal for those that smoke flavored non-cannabis vapes or are more accustomed to the confectionery side of vaping. Some on the review team prefer cannabis-focused tasting notes, while others were more than pleased with the flavor. The split really came down to personal preference. One thing is for sure though, a strong candy flavor takes over upon first inhale, with a sugary sweet finish on the exhale.

As we’ve seen with other Delta Extrax products, this is where they tend to shine. It had a nice background uplift that remained clear-headed throughout. We’ve generally heard reports that delta-8 THC leans towards the indica side of the effects profile, with more bodily relaxation, and delta-10 THC  is more of a stimulating energetic high, closer to a light sativa. In our experience that description held up.

Delta-10 felt remarkably similar to delta-8, with just some slight differences in which way it leans. There were some mild body effects, and some cerebral stimulation as well, just not as prevalent as when we sampled delta-8 THC. Instead, the team felt a bit more focused-in with delta-10, and in a creative headspace. Those effects were more pronounced in reviewers with a lower cannabis tolerance, however all reviewers felt a noticeable difference.

A great introduction to the delta-10 THC experience, especially for those that are coming over from non-cannabis vapes. The Blue Zkittlez delta-10 vape certainly gets the job done. We could see this being ideal for a nice casual setting, something to take pulls on while at a barbeque with friends, leaving you lifted but still social and chatty. The energetic lift would be great for outdoor activities as well, so a fun addition to any hiking pack or bike bag as well. This particular vape might need to do a little more if it wants to appeal to the avid cannabis enthusiasts, but it’s still a fine addition to anyone’s toolkit, especially if you’re looking to tailor your cannabinoid experience with a little more subtlety than delta-9 vapes (or even in addition to).
