Pennsylvania legalized medical marijuana in April of 2016, granting safe and legal access to medical cannabis products for qualifying patients. The state’s medical marijuana program began official dispensary sales in February of 2018.
Medical cannabis dispensaries are currently open across the state of Pennsylvania. Qualifying patients are allowed to purchase and possess up to a 30-day supply, as determined by their recommending physician.
