Maryland Marijuana Social Lounges
Written into a 2015 update of the Maryland Medical Cannabis Law, public consumption of cannabis is illegal in The Old Line State. The law broadly states that consumption is unlawful in “any” public place, limiting the social lounge movement in Maryland. While no consumption lounges have opened just yet, it's just a matter of time until safe, legal spaces to enjoy cannabis will open up.
