The framework outlines what is legal in relation to non-medical cannabis in Alberta and aims to encourage the responsible use of cannabis in the province. After much deliberation spanning from the fall of 2017 to the spring of 2018, Alberta is primed to become one of Canada’s most established cannabis markets.
