It’s not everyday that a small business gets the opportunity to grow into something much bigger and more amazing than could ever be imagined.
When Colorado Pot Guide first began, it was to fill a void that we saw in the marketplace. There wasn’t a complete, comprehensive online directory for tourists and residents of Colorado to utilize while the marijuana industry continued to grow at an increasingly rapid rate. We’ve done our best to provide this type of information, both to tourists and to Colorado residents alike. Two years later and we’re one of the leaders in the space with over 200,000 visits per month, consistently growing directories and helpful information that thousands of people have utilized.
To take our company to the next level, we’re proud and honored to announce our acceptance and involvement in the prestigious Canopy Boulder program, located in Boulder, CO.
Canopy Boulder is a seed-stage business accelerator focused on boosting small startups within the cannabis industry, specifically ancillary products and services. They provide capital in return for a three-month, mentor-driven boot camp and a small of stake in our company. At the end of this intensive program, Colorado Pot Guide will be fully prepared to pitch to several hundred forward-thinking investors to cement our place in the cannabis tourism industry.
Over the next few weeks, our team is prepared to work hard alongside our mentors, investors and additional Canopy Boulder startups to revamp our website, solidify great relationships with our clients and users, increase the amount of information we provide and so much more.
